What you will do
- Design and deliver scalable solutions for the Workspace ONE Freestyle product.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, UX, and Support teams to define and shape product features.
- Produce high-quality technical design documents and production-ready code.
- Build a data and orchestration platform spanning multiple services and products.
- Mentor and onboard new team members to build the next generation of technical leaders.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools across the SDLC to improve efficiency in coding, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with AWS managed services and cloud best practices.
- Proven ability to write technical design documents and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Experience managing work breakdown and execution planning via Jira.
- Commitment to the "Dev Owns Quality" principle and high automation test coverage.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Sofia, Bulgaria.
