What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable solutions for the Workspace ONE Freestyle product.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, UX, and Support teams to define and shape product features.
• Produce high-quality technical design documents and production-ready code.
• Build a data and orchestration platform spanning multiple services and products.
• Mentor and onboard new team members to build the next generation of technical leaders.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools across the SDLC to improve efficiency in coding, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS managed services and cloud best practices.
• Proven ability to write technical design documents and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Experience managing work breakdown and execution planning via Jira.
• Commitment to the "Dev Owns Quality" principle and high automation test coverage.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Sofia, Bulgaria.
