What you will do

• Create high-quality technical guidance for the Tech Zone platform.
• Deliver technical enablement content to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand new features.
• Explain complex technical concepts to practitioners through writing and presentations.
• Travel occasionally to present to customers and deliver technical training.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Professional Services.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Workspace ONE, Intune).
• Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

• Experience with endpoint security and identity solutions.
