What you will do

• Edit, cut, and publish video content across social media platforms for OTB shows and commercial requirements.
• Edit and distribute audio for the OTB Podcast Network.
• Track and analyze digital data to optimize content performance and reach KPIs.
• Assist with research, idea generation, guest booking, and writing briefs for broadcast shows.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain and improve engagement numbers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Proven experience in multimedia content creation, including video and audio editing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for show production support.
