TL;DR

NPM Corporate Sponsorship Intern (Marketing): Supporting the corporate sponsorship sales team in campaign management and proposal development with an accent on media sales and advertising coordination. Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the New York area and be in the office at least three days a week.

What you will do

• Support the full sales cycle including proposal development, inventory clearance, and billing for radio and digital platforms.
• Assist in copywriting and routing sponsor copy for internal production approvals.
• Create pitch decks and supporting materials to respond to RFPs.
• Perform client prospecting and research for sales team presentations.
• Maintain databases using SalesForce, Trello, and Magellan.
• Monitor digital and broadcast campaign performance and build wrap-up decks.

Requirements

• Must be a current student in an accredited degree program or a recent graduate (within 12 months from start date).
• Interest or major in advertising, marketing, media sales, or media planning/buying.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced media sales or advertising agency environment.
• Must reside in the New York area.
