What you will do

• Develop backend services, APIs, and data models for learning paths and content delivery.
• Implement ServiceNow CSM and NEOS based integrations, including workflow triggers and data exchange.
• Support automation of lab environments and platform components using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for backend services to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Monitor backend performance and resolve issues affecting user flows or data accuracy.
• Ensure backend security, logging, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Deep knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical network infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with OpenStack and contributing to open-source projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work within the European Union.
