What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creative vision and production of educational video and photo content.
• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans to meet learning objectives.
• Create motion graphics and visual elements to enhance instructional engagement.
• Build and document scalable production workflows and repeatable systems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with product launches and updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production or multimedia content creation.
• Proven track record in producing instructional or educational content.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of video and photo projects.
• Must be able to work onsite in South Jordan, UT 4-5 days per week.
• Experience with color correction, grading, and asset management workflows.
