What you will do

• Collaborate with investigators to define target participant populations and recruitment needs.
• Develop recruitment materials, screening scripts, checklists, and tracking tools.
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies and pursue community outreach opportunities.
• Pre-screen potential participants via phone and coordinate study visit schedules.
• Document recruitment activity and enrollment metrics in centralized databases.
• Ensure full compliance with NIH guidelines, SOPs, and FDA protocol requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or 5 years of equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in public health, clinical research, or healthcare operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting recruitment screening interviews or providing patient-facing support.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Research Triangle Park, NC.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse populations.
