Accountant (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Salary: €2,700 - €3,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Process invoices in NetSuite, managing the entire lifecycle from receipt and data entry through coding and approval.
• Verify and review purchase invoices in Payhawk against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payment inquiries and invoice discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate recording in the appropriate periods.
• Handle requests from auditors and other external service providers in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably focused on accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with global accounting ERP systems; NetSuite and expense management tools are an advantage.
