Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain (Hybrid model).

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and design user-centric learning journeys.
• Develop end-to-end blended learning programs, including assessments, case studies, and interactive instructional materials.
• Produce high-quality learning assets such as video scripts, simulations, and role-plays using modern authoring tools.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation, scenario generation, and production workflows.
• Maintain and update training content to ensure alignment with product evolution and real-world usage.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure learning initiatives meet shared business goals and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an instructional designer or e-learning developer in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.
• Business-level fluency in English.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Adobe, or Camtasia.
• High proficiency using AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
