What you will do

• Train restaurant partners on software solutions through phone, on-site visits, or virtual sessions.
• Consult restaurateurs to analyze workflows and customize software configuration to maximize adoption.
• Drive the digitalization of partner establishments and encourage operational changes.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
• Collect and share partner feedback with product teams to improve tools and training methods.

Requirements

• Native Spanish and High Level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support hybrid work and on-site training.
• At least one year of experience in B2B commercial, prospecting, or customer management, preferably in leisure or restoration.
• Proven experience with SaaS systems and e-learning platforms.
• Strong pedagogical, storytelling, and presentation skills to simplify technical concepts.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
