Procurement Transformation (LEAP Program) Intern (Supply Chain)

TL;DR

Procurement Transformation Intern (Supply Chain): Supporting the Global LEAP Transformation Team in spend consolidation and value delivery with an accent on data analysis and project management. Focus on developing performance dashboards, identifying efficiency opportunities, and automating workflows using AI.

Location: Must be a resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit. Hybrid setup: must be able to work from the Hoofddorp office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: 650 EUR per month

What you will do

• Develop and maintain regional performance dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities and track business case value delivery.
• Prepare governance materials, including SteerCo presentations and business updates.
• Optimize processes for contract tracking and general simplification.
• Support the preparation of workshops across key categories like Services, Spare parts, and Chemicals.
• Contribute to digital and AI initiatives to simplify and automate workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non-EU citizens require a valid Dutch residency permit and a three-party university agreement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory) and strong PowerPoint storytelling skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Prior experience with data analysis and business cases.
