• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a next-generation onboarding platform.
• Own the design and implementation of APIs, backend services, and systems integrations.

• Ensure sensitive customer data remains compartmentalized and secure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional hands-on experience in backend systems.
• Strong object-oriented design, coding skills, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience modeling complex real-world problems with robust data models.
• Proven track record of acting as a tech lead and supporting other engineers.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York City office.
