What you will do
- Own and evolve the end-to-end partner implementation tooling roadmap, including portals, provisioning, and automation frameworks.
- Define the self-service lifecycle for sandbox and pre-production environment management.
- Design partner-facing monitoring and operational health tooling, including dashboards and webhook integrations for NOC platforms.
- Write precise technical API design briefs and PRDs to guide engineering development.
- Define and track key metrics for tooling effectiveness, such as deployment cycle time and support ticket volume.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management focused on developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or systems integrator enablement.
- Proven track record of shipping tooling for external technical users in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluency in cloud-native platform concepts and technical design reviews.
- Experience defining information architecture and self-service workflows for developer or partner portals.
- Proficiency in writing structured technical specifications, including data models and API requirements.
- Strong ability to manage matrix relationships and present roadmaps to leadership.

- Understanding of contact center, unified communications, or collaboration applications.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a business discipline.
