Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid - office attendance around 4 days a week)

What you will do

  • Lead the SEO strategy and day-to-day delivery across technical, content, local, and GEO workstreams for banking accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring alignment and delivery against agreed business objectives.
  • Build and manage quarterly and annual SEO roadmaps aligned with product focus areas and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site performance, and structured data.
  • Develop on-page optimization for key banking products including accounts, cards, loans, and investments.
  • Lead the GEO strategy to enhance brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms and LLMs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing large or enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, and local SEO.
  • Understanding of GEO / AI search optimization and generative search platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile for multi-location businesses.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE
