What you will do

• Establish, communicate, and maintain the game's design vision, pillars, and standards.
• Collaborate with other directors and management to optimize design processes and prioritization.
• Manage the design discipline, addressing skill gaps and improving tools and pipelines.
• Mentor designers in player-centric design thinking and industry best practices.
• Assess and improve core gameplay loops, game systems, progression, and monetization.
• Lead the design team with a focus on professional development and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in systems, interaction, economy, level, and quest design.
• Leadership experience managing design teams within a Live game environment.
• Ability to build structures and communication processes for cross-functional teams.
• Strong empathy for the target audience and alignment with the company's mission.
• Deep understanding of various business models across different game genres.
• Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
