What you will do

  • Drive governance and strategic oversight of the end-to-end employee lifecycle across all EU markets.
  • Optimize HRIS architecture (HiBob) to ensure data integrity, strict compliance, and actionable reporting.
  • Oversee multi-country payroll in partnership with external providers, focusing on automation and accuracy.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team consisting of People Ops Specialists, a Payroll Lead, and an EV Fleet Manager.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, and scalable as the network expands into new countries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or be able to commute to Amsterdam (Hybrid).
  • At least 8 years of experience in People Ops and Payroll, with 5+ years spent managing a team.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dutch labor law is essential.
  • Proven experience scaling multi-country HR operations in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Hands-on experience with HiBob or similar scalable HRIS/Payroll platforms and Lattice.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with other European labor jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages.
