TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Finance): Managing payroll, compensation, and financial reporting using 1C ERP and Excel with an accent on data processing and employee compensation management. Focus on automating financial processes, maintaining accurate databases, and optimizing payroll workflows.

Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine. Hybrid, remote, or onsite options are available.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with employees and the HR team regarding payroll and compensation matters.
  • Process and analyze large volumes of financial data to maintain accuracy.
  • Monitor databases and prepare detailed analytical reports and summaries.
  • Manage payroll accounting and documentation using 1C ERP.
  • Create and maintain complex spreadsheets utilizing pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas.
  • Utilize corporate tools such as Slack, Jira, and Odoo CRM for daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial analysis, payroll calculation, and compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and database management.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and 1C ERP software.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and data analysis.
  • Experience with task management tools like Jira and CRM systems.
  • English: B2 level or above required.

  • Experience in process automation.
  • Strong communication skills.
