What you will do

• Lead commercial analytics engagements in areas such as Segmentation, Targeting, and Market Mix Modelling.
• Develop innovative analytical solutions to optimize commercial strategies across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients using storytelling and data visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value creation through data-driven insights.
• Oversee the execution of analytical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and timeline alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts within the team to address complex client challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience in Commercial Analytics, Marketing Mix, and Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience delivering consulting projects to Pharma clients for the US market.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate a diverse team of analysts.
• Ability to frame business issues, design technical solutions, and deliver impactful results.

Nice to have

• Expertise in pharmaceutical data sets (prescriber-plan, patient-level, transactional claims, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
