Focus on driving continuous improvement in TA practices and delivering high-quality candidate experiences across multiple legal entities.

Location: Primarily based in Oslo, Norway, with an expectation to support and be present in other Nordic office locations.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
  • Partner with hiring managers in a matrix organization to secure effective stakeholder management.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial attraction through to onboarding.
  • Drive and improve onboarding processes across multiple legal entities.
  • Navigate differing local regulations to ensure full compliance in recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic HR team on cross-border initiatives and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working in matrix organizations and across multiple countries.
  • Strong organizational, proactive, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a cross-border setup.
  • Fixed-term contract availability until April 30, 2027.
