What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
- Partner with hiring managers in a matrix organization to secure effective stakeholder management.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial attraction through to onboarding.
- Drive and improve onboarding processes across multiple legal entities.
- Navigate differing local regulations to ensure full compliance in recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with the Nordic HR team on cross-border initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working in matrix organizations and across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a cross-border setup.
- Fixed-term contract availability until April 30, 2027.
