What you will do
- Coordinate recruitment processes and manage candidate communication.
- Perform candidate screening and conduct reference calls.
- Schedule interviews and support recruiting leaders across the Nordic region.
- Assist with employer branding actions, including booking and attending student events.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to recruitment operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a structured approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to build professional relationships.
- Availability to work 16-20 hours per week.
