What you will do

• Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support via deep-dive analysis and corrective action definition.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to dealers and technical teams to ensure effective vehicle repair.
• Produce structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders to highlight risks and trends.
• Monitor activity KPIs, such as case ageing and fix-it-right-first-time, to flag product or process issues.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and support the continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops.

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs within dealer, workshop, or OEM environments.
• Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to identify root causes.
• Capability to translate OEM technical documentation and wiring diagrams into clear repair instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude and ability to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
