TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 19,500–29,500 per month

What you will do

  • Lead the identification and conversion of new Privilege Club clients while growing sustainable revenue from existing portfolios.
  • Direct the implementation of wealth management products to meet penetration targets and maintain healthy clawback ratios.
  • Manage customer portfolios to increase profitability and relationship depth through effective cross-selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate with Risk Management teams to ensure sustainable asset growth and adherence to banking requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team by setting objectives, managing performance, and providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure all customer KYC details are updated and compliant with bank policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of Relationship Management experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • SCA UAE Accredited, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3), and knowledge of UAE Financial Rules and Regulations.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking management products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
