What you will do

• Lead mechanical design and development together with project managers and engineering peers.
• Translate high-level performance requirements into detailed mechanical concepts, models, and manufacturable components.
• Drive CAD modeling, tolerance analysis, and mechanical simulation.
• Collaborate with electronics, firmware, and system engineering to ensure mechanical and electro-mechanical integration.
• Apply DFMA (design for manufacturing and assembly) and work with suppliers to support quality and cost-effective production.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, mechatronics, or autonomous systems (or related field).
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in high-precision product development or complex electromechanical systems.
• Proven experience with parametric CAD and mechanical simulation (SolidWorks used).
• Strong mechanical fundamentals including kinematics, requirement engineering, product quality tests, and tolerance stack-up.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to drive complex concepts to completion.
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams delivering product innovation across engineering disciplines.
