What you will do

• Manage and execute daily email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage audiences and drive sales.
• Develop and implement personalization and audience segmentation strategies across multiple channels.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and analytics.
• Provide detailed post-campaign reporting to analyze outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate creative assets with the design team to ensure content consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain and manage automated flows and lifecycle campaigns utilizing Klaviyo's features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a direct marketing or similar position.
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo and Attentive.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of loyalty marketing principles and strategies.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
