What you will do

• Translate strategic security initiatives into concrete plans, including scope, sequencing, and dependencies.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact and technical feasibility.
• Define a pragmatic execution approach across multiple business units.
• Identify gaps, risks, and blockers in currently defined security initiatives.
• Prepare decision-making materials for senior management.
• Steer the execution of various projects with separate goals and assigned resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading strategic IT projects.
• Experience in the security and/or infrastructure domain is beneficial.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage, or strategically sensitive contexts.
• Strong communication skills to cooperate across all levels of the company.
• Conceptual thinking for implementing business change in complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Must be available for hybrid work in The Hague, Netherlands.
