What you will do

• Partner with leadership and engineering teams to identify and define data needs for strategic decision support.
• Develop ML models, statistical analyses, and Generative AI solutions from design through to deployment.
• Build data engineering pipelines to ensure data reproducibility and industrialization.
• Create dashboards and storytelling assets to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
• Consult on data transformation, literacy, and operating models.
• Support business development through proposal creation and opportunity identification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, preferably in consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field from a top university.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with solid data modeling foundations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
• Proven track record of shipping code, deploying models, and publishing dashboards.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of Databricks (Jobs, Pipelines, Genie).
• Experience with GenAI tools and platforms.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali, or Tencent).
