What you will do

• Perform on-site and remote missions across Europe to support dealerships, authorized repairers, and technical centers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and multiplexing faults using OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., wiTECH POD, DiagBOX VCI).
• Analyze systemic issues impacting multiple vehicles and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Produce detailed technical reports, incident summaries, and action plans for engineering and quality stakeholders.
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at the point of repair, providing on-the-job training.
• Maintain knowledge bases by documenting recurring issues and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, field service, or OEM technical assistance.
• Hands-on track record of resolving complex electrical/electronic faults and drivability issues.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (workshop, parts, quality, engineering).
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins.
• Must be based in or able to operate from Warsaw, Poland, and travel across Europe.
