Retention call-operator (Arabic)

Description:
You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support retention campaigns. Your main task is making outbound calls using prepared scripts and building strong communication with clients. You will also send emails, SMS, and messages to users, work with the existing database, and analyze customer activity. You will help test new communication methods, promotions, and special offers.

Schedule: 5/2, 8 working hours. We offer remote or office work, flexible start times, and a supportive team. Arabic is required; Russian B1+ is preferred.
