Senior Software Engineer (HealthTech)

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania)

Salary: 4,250 - 6,375 EUR Monthly

What you will do

• Design and develop backend and microservices for the Lifecare Data Platform in Azure.
• Build production services running on Kubernetes.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Databricks.
• Collaborate with a diverse international team of data scientists and cloud experts.
• Maintain high development standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Java and JVM-based development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST API design.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational data modelling.
• Exposure to Scala or Python in a data context.
• Familiarity with distributed processing concepts, specifically Apache Spark.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Databricks, and Terraform.
• Previous experience developing data-driven solutions for health and social care.
