What you will do

• Design and develop gameplay mechanics and combat features aligned with the game vision.
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including feature briefs, flows, and rulesets.
• Support prototyping of mechanics using available tools and Unreal Engine 5.
• Collaborate with engineering, art, and QA to implement and tune gameplay parameters like difficulty and balance.
• Participate in playtesting and iterate on features based on feedback from QA and players.
• Manage own workload across tasks to meet sprint goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in game design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, mechanics, and player experience principles.
• Experience contributing to feature or system delivery in a team environment.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge and experience with Unreal Engine 5.
