What you will do

• Own end-to-end growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
• Build and scale experimentation frameworks, tooling, and analytics systems for high-velocity testing
• Lead acquisition initiatives (referrals, partnerships, landing pages, viral loops) in collaboration with performance marketing
• Optimize activation funnels (onboarding flows, wallet setup, first deposit conversion, first engagement milestones)
• Design retention and re-engagement systems (loyalty programs, incentives, lifecycle campaigns)
• Define growth metrics, dashboards, and cohort analysis frameworks to guide product and business decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on growth in high-velocity consumer-facing products
• Proven ability to drive measurable growth using experimentation, funnels, and lifecycle optimization
• Hands-on experience with growth levers such as referrals, onboarding optimization, incentives, and retention systems
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data independently and turn insights into actions
• Strong execution bias toward shipping, iterating, and owning outcomes end-to-end
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
