What you will do

• Define the multi-quarter growth strategy and roadmap spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Establish the experimentation engine, including tooling and analytics infrastructure for high-velocity testing.
• Lead product development for referral systems, partner integrations, paid landing pages, and viral loops.
• Optimize the activation funnel, focusing on wallet-based onboarding and first-time deposit (FTD) conversion.
• Design loyalty mechanics, bonus engines, and lifecycle campaigns to turn first-time depositors into repeat players.
• Own the data foundation by defining funnel metrics, cohort retention curves, and LTV/CAC dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on growth at a high-velocity consumer startup.
• Hands-on expertise with referrals, lifecycle management, onboarding funnels, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work directly with data (SQL).
• Proven track record of personally driving meaningful growth through product bets and experiments.

Nice to have

• Personal passion for iGaming, poker, or sports betting.
• Crypto-native experience with Web3 products and on-chain identity.
• Experience shipping growth products in regulated or high-trust categories (Fintech, real-money gaming).
