What you will do

• Inspect the cleanliness of precision optical components
• Clean lens surfaces to meet quality standards
• Conduct technical tests using various measuring tools and instruments
• Document lens data and coordinate rejections or defects
• Participate in control loops and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) teams
• Operate within a rotating 3-shift schedule

Requirements

• Completed training as a precision optician or technical vocational training in metalworking, mechanical manufacturing, or similar
• Experience in quality inspection (considered a plus)
• Clean, precise, and structured work habits with a strong commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating operation
• Must be based in or able to work in Regen, Germany
