What you will do

• Lead and manage a security research team at the Tel Aviv R&D center, including hiring and mentoring.
• Design, plan, and improve anti-exploit detection and prevention capabilities.
• Drive rapid response efforts to mitigate and prevent new critical vulnerabilities.
• Research Linux internals, user-mode code, and eBPF to identify and block entire bug-classes.
• Perform deep reverse engineering and analysis of recent malware and security threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet high-quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience.
• 5+ years of security research experience, with at least 3 years focused on Linux security.
• Deep expertise in Linux internals (user and kernel) and reverse engineering (static and dynamic) with assembly.
• At least 2 years of programming experience in C, C++, or Rust.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present research results clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel (no immigration sponsorship available).

• Experience developing eBPF applications.
• Experience discovering and exploiting original vulnerabilities.
