What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI security strategy across ML infrastructure, data pipelines, LLMs, RAG systems, and autonomous AI agents.
• Develop secure-by-design frameworks and security architecture for AI-powered products and platforms.
• Lead AI threat modeling, adversarial testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management programs.
• Establish AI governance and internal security policies aligned with global AI regulations and standards.
• Build security tooling, automation frameworks, and continuous monitoring capabilities for AI environments.
• Provide cross-functional security leadership across Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and SecOps teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 2+ years explicitly dedicated to securing data science environments, ML pipelines, or AI-native applications.
• Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, LLM mechanics, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong familiarity with MITRE ATLAS and OWASP GenAI Security Project.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of translating complex AI risks into business strategies for executives.
