What you will do

• Act as the primary design gatekeeper for all partner-led work, reviewing wireframes and high-fidelity UI.
• Maintain and steward the centralized Design System in Figma as the single source of truth.
• Architect omnichannel journeys that align digital features with physical in-store service standards.
• Provide creative direction and actionable briefs to external design agencies.
• Conduct regular audits of partner output to ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Use data and A/B testing to drive retail conversion and improve the path to purchase.

Requirements

• 10+ years in design with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience managing creative or UX agencies, including budget oversight.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce UI patterns and physical service design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, specifically Library Management and Branching.
• Mastery of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design principles.
• Evidence of leading large-scale retail transformations or omnichannel projects.
