What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to deliver actionable insights for margin improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product Management to align pricing and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with pricing models, elasticity analysis, and margin optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and B2B principles.
