What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex network incidents involving routing, switching, wireless, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Perform thorough root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks and connectivity failures within a healthcare environment.
• Engage directly with end-customer IT staff to communicate resolution plans and support the onboarding of new environments.
• Identify network optimization opportunities and proactively mitigate potential risks to improve service quality.
• Mentor less experienced technicians on networking concepts and troubleshooting methods.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering network support in enterprise settings (MSP, SI, or large organizations).
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and ACLs.
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE is the highest-priority requirement.
• Working knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN/SD-Access, Palo Alto (Panorama/Prisma), or Cisco FMC/FTD platforms.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Full fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
