• Prepare various documents and reports, including POS data file correction and tagging.
• Maintain professional correspondence with customers, IT, and sales teams via email and phone.

• Ensure internal policies are followed and strict deadlines are met.
• Support the Customer Service team with order entry and call handling as needed.
