What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound WhatsApp chats as the primary point of contact for customers with fraud concerns and declined transactions.
• Conduct real-time investigations into suspicious activities and make immediate decisions on transaction declines.
• Build and file chargeback dispute cases with card networks and financial institutions using compelling evidence packages.
• Identify and document fraud patterns to inform and improve fraud prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to refine operational procedures and response playbooks.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in any Business major.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Availability for night shifts and weekends based on business needs.
• Basic knowledge of fintech, fraud, chargebacks, or customer support environments.
• Proficiency with G Suite products.
• Ability to make sound judgment calls under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
