What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation on the FerrytFlow platform.
• Configure and maintain complex business processes within the BPMS environment.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and training to system users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met through technical solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML notation.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• English: Conversational proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of FerrytFlow or UniFlow platforms.
