Location: Remote (Must be worked on a W2 basis, no C2C eligibility)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end digital experimentation and A/B testing programs.
• Develop testing hypotheses based on customer behavior, analytics, and business objectives.
• Design, execute, monitor, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Build and interpret test reports using statistical significance methodologies.
• Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to implement testing initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital experimentation or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely or Adobe Target.
• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with session replay tools such as Glassbox.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Must be eligible to work on W2 only; no C2C.

Nice to have

• Background as a CRO Analyst or Digital Experimentation Analyst.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or enterprise digital platforms.
• Experience managing full experiment lifecycles and optimization roadmaps.
