QA Specialist

Salary: From €20/hour (approx. €3,200/month).

What you will do

• Own and execute quality assurance processes for a startup product.
• Develop and implement comprehensive manual testing strategies.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to automate repetitive and time-consuming test cases.
• Work closely with POs and developers within an agile framework.
• Advocate for quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Solid experience in manual testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools including Postman, Xray, SQL, and Playwright.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and advocate for quality.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UX testing.
• Knowledge of integration, performance, and penetration testing.
• Experience creating end-to-end product QA strategies.
