What you will do
- Provide thoughtful and effective support to farmers and customers via phone and email.
- Resolve diverse queries regarding tanker collections, milk quality, shareholding, and Farm Source accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer outcomes.
- Manage digital support requests and online enquiries across various topics.
Requirements
- Strong empathy and the ability to confidently manage difficult conversations.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be based in or able to work in Hamilton & North Waikato, New Zealand.
- Interest in farming or agriculture is preferred but not essential.
