What you will do

• Build and ship production-grade software end-to-end, across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Solve hard, ambiguous problems and translate them into functional, shippable products.
• Own the full AI development cycle, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and deployment.
• Debug complex edge cases and interact directly with customers to refine product outputs.
• Collaborate in a high-ownership, high-standard environment to move physical industries at software speed.

Requirements

• Ability to build features end-to-end and maintain a high bar for production-grade work.
• Strong judgment regarding what to build, what to skip, and when to ship.
• Comfort working in environments where requirements are unclear and rapidly evolving.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to London.

Nice to have

• Founder or ex-founder experience.
• Background in early-stage or stealth startups (e.g., YC, EF, Antler).
• Proven experience building AI-powered products in production.
