What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using C#/.NET on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Lead the architecture and technical design of complex, cross-functional features from scoping to delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, design discussions, and direct feedback.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to elevate the quality bar and support team growth.
• Diagnose and resolve deep systemic issues, including performance bottlenecks, race conditions, and memory leaks.
• Champion engineering best practices, including testing strategies, CI/CD hygiene, and observability.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (6/7/8+), including async patterns and API design.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus-based decisions in a collaborative environment.
• Track record of owning large, complex features end-to-end in a fast-paced setting.
• Must have valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship or STEM OPT support provided
