What you will do

• Provide technical leadership through mentorship, documentation, and knowledge-sharing best practices.
• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with compliance and management visions.
• Liaise with Engineering teams to identify synergies in the use and management of cloud resources.
• Operationalize the security, management, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud technologies within the IT organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with in-depth knowledge of at least two of: AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience in designing and implementing cost-effective solutions in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading company-wide cloud initiatives.
• Professional cloud certifications from AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting and automation skills in Java, Python, Golang, or PowerShell.
