TL;DR

Lead Quantitative UX Researcher (iGaming): Designing and executing quantitative research strategies and complex multi-method studies to drive product evolution for a leading Daily Fantasy Sports platform with an accent on statistical profiling and telemetry log analysis. Location: Must be based in the US (Atlanta, GA preferred)

Salary: $150,000 – $185,000

What you will do

  • Establish and execute the quantitative UX research roadmap and data strategy for major product lines.
  • Design and conduct advanced multi-method studies, including A/B testing and behavioral modeling.
  • Synthesize complex log data and survey results into actionable strategic narratives for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define critical user journeys.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level researchers on survey design and quantitative fundamentals.
  • Champion UX metrics as predictors of core business outcomes and maintain internal insights repositories.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in quantitative UX research, product data science, or analytical consumer insights.
  • Degree in Psychology, Economics, Neuroscience, HCI, or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced statistical modeling skills (GLM, Bayesian statistics, multi-variable regression) on large datasets.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and R or Python for custom analytics and data manipulation.
  • Mastery of survey writing and tools like Qualtrics or Dscout.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
