What you will do
- Own end-to-end reactive CRM campaign strategy from initial concept to delivery.
- Create detailed briefs for CRM Operations, including segmentation, targeting, rewards, and success metrics.
- Analyze performance across key KPIs and implement test-and-learn initiatives for continuous optimization.
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and VIP teams to coordinate campaigns for game launches and seasonal events.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new player engagement opportunities.
- Mentor junior strategists and act as a subject matter expert for the reactive CRM team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM strategy, campaign management, or player engagement within gaming, iGaming, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and briefing skills to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns in cross-functional environments.
- Deep knowledge of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
- Commercial mindset focused on driving measurable results.
