TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Malta, Georgia, Gibraltar, or Poland)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end reactive CRM campaign strategy from initial concept to delivery.
  • Create detailed briefs for CRM Operations, including segmentation, targeting, rewards, and success metrics.
  • Analyze performance across key KPIs and implement test-and-learn initiatives for continuous optimization.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and VIP teams to coordinate campaigns for game launches and seasonal events.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new player engagement opportunities.
  • Mentor junior strategists and act as a subject matter expert for the reactive CRM team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, campaign management, or player engagement within gaming, iGaming, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns in cross-functional environments.
  • Deep knowledge of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Commercial mindset focused on driving measurable results.
