Salary: $2,200 - $3,500 per month (Gross)

What you will do

• Develop and own new features for a cross-platform TypeScript React Native app and Golang backend APIs.
• Manage releases using cohorting, feature flags, and app-store infrastructure for millions of users.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Write clean, scalable, robust, and testable code.
• Lead features end-to-end from requirements and design to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of professional mobile development experience, with 6+ months in React Native or Flutter.
• Experience delivering mobile applications to Apple and Google app stores.
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture, hooks, context, and navigation patterns.
• Strong familiarity with unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, Appium).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.

Nice to have

• Ability to solve problems with backend languages like Go, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and HTTP APIs.
• Experience working with native iOS code.
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
